What are you talking about? Steam is easily installed by going onto https://store.steampowered.com and clicking the button to install it which is at the top of the page. It should install everything automatically upon running the program. Once you have it running installing games is literally just one click of a button.

the game is absolutely AMAZING very fun and very nice but it needs optimization because i am playing on the lowest graphics and im still lagging although my pc can run sekiro and even Ready Or Not (on low graphics but no lags)

extract it with a software like WinRAR or 7Zip and play it by clicking the .exe file (or the file that looks like the game) and create a shortcut to the desktop by holding right click on it and drag it to the desktop then tap "Create Shortcut" so that you can access it easily whenever you turn on your PC/Laptop, Hope this helps:)
heyo, I was loading up the playtest and my game wont allow me to select a level of displayed violence to continue to the game i can see and move my curser and a sound effect plays when i try selecting one of the 3 options but i cant actually start playing can anyone help me out?

just download the playtest on steam, it is the most recently updated version and you get access instantly upon requesting it.

Bug: Stuck on gore selection menu. When booting up the game nothing happens when making a gore selection.
Solution: Clean reinstall
Delete all files relating to the half sword playtest existing in your local files. Be sure to back up your screenshots folder if you took any!
Navigate to and delete the Half Sword Playtest folder located in the following directory.
`C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common`
Navigate to and delete the Saved folder located in the following directory.
`C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\HalfSwordUE5`
Finally, reinstall Half Sword Playtest.
This still didn't fix it for me.
